About Garfield Wholesale Flowers
Garfield Wholesale Flowers

In Garfield, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. Across New Jersey, delivery fees depend on distance, and hospitals and funeral homes have their own drop-off hours. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Check the listing for hours, delivery area and Google rating, and call to confirm what is in season.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–3 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Garfield Wholesale Flowers at (973) 250-6221; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Our flower shop, Encke Flowers, has been working with numerous wholesalers across the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area for 25 years. We have extensive experience with small wholesalers and the large corporate ones. We are so happy that we have found Garfield Wholesale Flowers as they provide a fine selection of flowers from standard inventory to more unusual and exotic choices. The other treat for us is that several of the very best salespeople have migrated from the larger wholesalers that have collapsed over the years and have found a home at Garfield. Rina and Charles are some of the best that you will find anywhere in the floral wholesale trade with many years of experience as designers and in sales. The manager, Emily, is cheerful, humorous, patient, and knows the business. We prefer to pick our own floral choices for our designs and don’t rely on called in or online deliveries. It is very important therefore for us to have people that we really enjoy working with. Rather than dreading having to go to some large anonymous warehouse and search for help, we always look forward to heading over to Garfield. It is often the best part of our day.

Amazingly large selection and you cannot get fresher! Rina was very helpful. I am an amateur at floral design, but I enjoy DIYing things. I went in with a design in mind and had enough from the bulk packages to do some smaller arrangements as well. Definitely going back there the next time I host a party!

I wanted to make my mother and sister a beautiful arrangement for Mother’s Day. I came here and Laura helped me. She was so kind, patient, and very knowledge about the flowers. She helped me pick out 6 different flowers to create a beautiful arrangement. The flowers were fresh and fairly priced. I would definitely come back and recommend them! I can’t wait to see how the arrangement comes out thanks to Laura (:
